1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through the Prestyn Smith Store are final sale.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless outlined in Section 2 below.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may request a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement, you must contact prestynsmithofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • A clear picture or video of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or order number).

Requests submitted after the 7-day window or without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for replacement.

3. Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that:

  • Have been visibly worn or used

  • Are signed or otherwise intentionally marked

  • Are digital products

  • Were purchased from any non-official seller or unauthorized reseller of Prestyn Smith merchandise.

Only items purchased directly from the official Prestyn Smith Store are eligible for support under this policy.

4. Additional Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to deny any claim that appears fraudulent, altered, or inconsistent with this policy.

  • This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
